There was a time when I felt like I was doing everything “right”—tracking my food, running miles—and yet, I was gaining weight, losing energy, and falling apart emotionally. I cried for no reason, carried everyone’s stress, and felt like I was disappearing into a version of myself I didn’t recognize.

When I finally turned to my doctor for answers, I was handed a prescription and told to get a therapist. I knew something deeper was going on—and I refused to accept “this is just how it is” as the answer. So I dug into the science, leaned on my background as a nurse, and found a better way.

That journey led me to the work I do today—helping women like you feel seen, supported, and strong again in midlife.
