I help women in perimenopause get back to feeling like themselves again, no confusion, no frustration, no burnout.
Hi there, I’m Dr.Jaime Lynne
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
If you’ve been googling symptoms at 2 a.m., swapping stories with friends, or walking out of appointments feeling more confused than when you went in, you’re not alone.
Perimenopause can feel unpredictable and isolating, especially when you’re doing all the “right” things and still don’t feel right. But here’s the truth: You’re not overreacting, what you’re feeling is real, and there’s a reason behind it.
I see you. I’ve been where you are.
And I want you to know, there’s a clear, science-backed way to understand what’s happening in your body and start feeling calm, confident, and in control again.
Take a deep breath…
We’re going to make sense of what’s happening in your body so you can finally feel like you again.
What no one tells you about this stage of life.
Years ago, I started feeling off.
Not sick. Not depressed.
Just… not myself.
I was doing everything “right”eating healthy, exercising, managing a busy career and family, but something had shifted. I cried for no reason, felt anxious over little things, and reacted to situations that never used to bother me.
What frustrated me most was that I didn’t feel as resilient as I once had been.
Little things I used to brush off suddenly felt heavier.
I kept wondering, Why can’t I just move on?
When I asked for help…
When I finally brought it up to my OB/GYN someone I trusted and even considered a friend, she handed me an antidepressant prescription and suggested I find a therapist.
I left that appointment stunned.
As a clinician myself, I knew there had to be more going on.
The missing conversation
Here’s the thing: perimenopause isn’t talked about.
Menopause is, but the years leading up to it? Often ignored.
And most doctors aren’t trained to recognize it.
Even as a nurse, I’d never had a single lecture or lesson on perimenopause.
That realization hit hard.
If I didn’t know this, how many other women were silently struggling without answers?
So I started digging…
I turned to the science, reading the research, connecting the dots between hormones, stress, sleep, and emotional well-being.
But I didn’t stop there.
I learned to advocate for myself, asking better questions, tracking my symptoms, and holding my healthcare providers accountable when I was dismissed.
That changed everything.
That’s when I realized I wasn’t the only one who needed answers.
That one “aha” moment led me to the work I’m proud to do today, helping women finally understand what’s happening in their bodies and find real relief during perimenopause.
Through The Perimenopause Action Plan, free resources, and educational tools, I’ve helped countless women turn confusion into clarity and exhaustion into energy.
Now, I spend my days teaching women how to speak up for themselves, feel confident in their care, and thrive through midlife because every woman deserves to feel informed, supported, and like herself again.
