I help women in perimenopause get back to feeling like themselves again — no confusion, no frustration, no burnout.
Let’s quiet the noise, simplify the science, and build a plan that helps you thrive through midlife instead of just surviving it.
Hi there, I’m Dr.Jaime Lynne
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
If you’ve been googling symptoms at 2 a.m., swapping stories with friends, or walking out of appointments feeling more confused than when you went in — you’re not alone.
Perimenopause can feel unpredictable and isolating, especially when you’re doing all the “right” things and still don’t feel right. But here’s the truth: You’re not overreacting — what you’re feeling is real, and there’s a reason behind it.
I see you. I’ve been where you are.
And I want you to know — there’s a clear, science-backed way to understand what’s happening in your body and start feeling calm, confident, and in control again.
Take a deep breath…
We’re going to make sense of what’s happening in your body so you can finally feel like you again.
Years ago, I started feeling “off.” Not sick. Not depressed. Just… not myself.
I was doing everything “right”—eating healthy, exercising, managing a busy career and family—but emotionally, something had shifted. I was crying for no reason, feeling anxious over small things, and reacting to things that never used to bother me.
What frustrated me most was that I didn’t feel as resilient as I once had been.
Little things that used to roll off my back suddenly felt heavier.
I kept asking myself, “Why is this bothering me so much? Why can’t I just move on?”
When I finally talked to my OB-GYN—someone I trusted and even considered a friend—she handed me an antidepressant prescription and told me to see a therapist.
I remember leaving that appointment stunned. As a clinician, I knew there had to be more going on.
Here’s the thing: perimenopause isn’t something people talk about.
Menopause is — but perimenopause, the years leading up to it, is often ignored.
And most doctors? They’re not trained to recognize or manage it.
Even as a nurse, I’d never received any education about perimenopause.
That realization hit me hard.
If I didn’t know about this, how many other women were silently struggling without answers?
So, I dug in. I turned to the science, read the research, and connected the dots between hormones, stress, sleep, and emotional well-being.
I also learned how to advocate for myself — asking better questions, tracking my symptoms, and holding my healthcare providers accountable when I was dismissed. That changed everything.
Once I found my voice, I knew I couldn’t keep quiet.
That’s when I realized I wasn’t the only one who needed answers.
That one “aha” moment led me to the work I’m proud to do today — helping women finally understand what’s happening in their bodies and find real relief during perimenopause.
Through The Perimenopause Action Plan, free resources, and educational content, I’ve guided countless women from confusion and exhaustion to clarity, confidence, and control.
Now, I spend my days teaching women how to advocate for themselves, have informed conversations with their doctors, and create the kind of midlife they actually feel good living.
And nothing excites me more than seeing women go from “I don’t feel like myself” to “I finally feel like me again.”
Here’s how it really started for me…
Let’s help you feel like yourself again.
Chances are, you’ve done the late-night Googling. You’ve asked your doctor, tried the supplements, and still don’t have the clarity you’re looking for. That’s exactly why you’re here.
For you, it may be because you want to:
→ Wake up with real energy and stop feeling like you’re running on empty.
→ Feel clear-headed, calm, and confident again.
→ Understand your hormones instead of guessing what’s “normal.”
→ Reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your joy.
(And yes—wanting all of that is completely valid.)
The truth is the same:
You don’t need another quick fix.
You just need clarity, support, and a plan that actually makes sense.
The path forward is simpler than you think:
STEP 1: Let go of the confusion, the endless Googling, and the one-size-fits-all advice.
STEP 2: Learn how your hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle all work together — so you can take back control of your body.
STEP 3: Build the clarity, confidence, and support system you need to thrive through midlife — not just survive it.
